The ideal candidate will develop relationships with people who come for consultation and offer the right solution in the form of hair loss treatment based on a person's face, age, profession, personality, and expectations.

Responsibilities

 Provide thorough hair check to diagnose the hair loss stage

 Educate the client on hair loss fundamentals and provide need based counseling

 Understand the expectations, pitch for the right procedure & products, and relate them with the achievable end results by making a client visualize the recommendation

 Set consultation and conversion targets with analysis on a daily basis







 Achieve the desired conversion ratio and contribute to revenue generation at the studio on a monthly basis Qualifications and Skills

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

 Preferred age: 32 years and above

 5+ years' of sales consulting and business intelligence experience

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

 Customer service approach
