Job Title: Social Media Designer
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Designer with at least 2 years of experience in designing and implementing effective social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging content and managing the company’s social media presence across platforms to increase brand awareness and foster engagement. This role focuses on content creation, community management, and overall strategy.

We are a film production house and have been avid in making corporate films, Ads, music videos and much more.
A close-knit team of 70,
are currently working with established corporate firms for 2-D explainer videos on ongoing projects for about 23 countries in 35 languages.
Experience- Minimum 2 years
Nature of job- Full-time
Working hours- 09:00 am to 05:30 pm
Working days- Monday to Friday
Working model - Remote
Expected join date- Immediate
CTC offered - 3.6 to 4.6 LPA as per industry standards
Number of hires- 1
Candidate should have their own system to work on.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to align with business goals and increase brand awareness.
Content Creation & Design: Design engaging graphics, images, and videos for various platforms, collaborating with the creative team for cohesive messaging.
Content Planning & Scheduling: Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posts across platforms.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments, etc.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or agency.
- Strong experience in content creation, especially graphic design (knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of social media platforms, their specific strengths, and how to maximize them.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
