Role and Responsibilities
1. Deliver Customized Datadog Training :Provide tailored Datadog training based on client roles (e.g., engineers, managers), covering key features like monitoring, alerts, and dashboards. Design and deliver clear, impactful training for different technical levels.
2. Address Technical Inquiries :Handle advanced technical questions during sessions, ensuring clients understand both the product and the underlying technology.
3. Collaborate with Customers :Work with client teams to implement Datadog effectively, offering guidance and optimization tips to enhance their usage and ensure post-training success.

Develop Role-Based Programs :Design training programs for specific roles, ensuring participants master the relevant Datadog functions for their job.
5. Maintain Training Materials :Create and update training documents, such as user guides and FAQs, improving them based on client feedback.
Technical Skills:
1. Monitoring Tools : 3+ years of experience with Datadog or similar tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic), with strong knowledge of dashboards, alerts, and troubleshooting.
2. Cloud Platforms : 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, with expertise in integrating Datadog with cloud environments.
3. DevOps Expertise : 3+ years of DevOps experience in CI/CD, automation, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes),
and the ability to incorporate these into training.
Qualifications:
1. DevOps and Training : 3+ years of both DevOps and technical training experience.
2. Communication Skills :Fluent in English with excellent communication and listening skills. Additional languages are a plus.
3. Customer-Focused :Ability to adapt training to client needs and solve technical challenges.
4. Self-Management :Highly organized, with strong time management and attention to detail.
