Vandey provides outsourced instructional services to institutions of higher education and is seeking a candidate to work for Vandey to serve in a full-time role as a Data Analyst with the University of the People.

Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you will work in a fast-paced environment and play a major role in supporting growth and influencing data-led decisions.
Managing a robust marketing and analytics toolset, you will evaluate large data sets, build dashboards, analyze trends, and advise on optimization and strategic initiatives.
An ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter who possesses strong problem-solving skills and has a passion for telling stories through data.
Function: Data Science and Analysis → Data Analysis / Business Intelligence
Must have good technical experience in:
- Microsoft Excel
- SQL
- Power BI (both dashboard building and DAX queries)
Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights
- Designing and developing BI reports and dashboards while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data
- Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Identification and resolution of issues presented by data
Requirements & Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of Power BI which includes, but not limited to,
- familiarity with ETL and Power Query
- SQL for database querying and DAX
- filters and graphs for a better understanding of the data
- building dashboards
Expert knowledge of Excel which includes, but not limited to,
- data functions such as LOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH
- data tools including Power Query,
Pivot Tables, Filters, and Get Data
Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Responsive and able to stick to the timeline while working on the requirements
Excellent presentation and data-storytell
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
English at a Native Speaker level – must have excellent oral and written communication skills with commitment to precision and detail
