Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Center Head at one of our NBFC client. The Data Center Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data governance, data quality, data management, analytical skills, and data modeling. The role involves leading the data center operations and ensuring data security,
availability, and reliability.The ideal Data Center Head will have strong leadership and data center management experience, with key skills in operations oversight, strategic planning for capacity and disaster recovery, budget management, and security compliance. They should excel in vendor relations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while maintaining business continuity.
Relevant Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (10+ years) in data centre operations, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with industry best practices such as ITIL, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
- Experience in managing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
