We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with extensive experience in the banking industry with an inclination towards payments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking, with a proven track record of shaping the value proposition of banking products for specific target audiences. This individual should be adept at commercializing products towards ideal customer groups and driving initiatives to increase the straight-through processing (STP) rate.

In this function you will be responsible for the following:







- Lead the development and execution of the banking product strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and market needs.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to enhance the product portfolio.
- Utilize market research and customer insights to shape the value proposition of banking products, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
- Identify key features and benefits that differentiate our offerings and drive customer adoption.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new payment products and features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations. Drive product launches and promotional activities to maximize product visibility and adoption.






- Define and prioritize target customer segments based on their needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Develop tailored product offerings and messaging strategies to effectively address the needs of each segment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payment processing workflows and improve the straight-through processing (STP) rate.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and initiatives.
- Continuously optimize product features and processes to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

For you to become part of AMINA’s journey, we require the following set of experience:

- Masters's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.






- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on payments, saving account, current account and other banking products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize product performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation in payments technology
