We arelooking for a Business Development Manager with a proven trackrecord in
generating leads and growingbusiness in the outsourcing industry for US market.The
ideal candidate will have experience indeveloping and implementing strategies forlead
generation leading marketing team andwill have a deep understanding of the USmarket.
KeyResponsibilities:
Develop andimplement a lead generation strategy to identify and qualifypotential
clients in the USmarket.
Conduct market research to identifynew business opportunities and stay upto
datewith industry trends.
Build and maintainrelationships with potential clients througheffective
communication and regularfollowups.
Develop and implement marketingstrategies
Efficient in email marketing(content writing and approvals) and harnesssocial
media to market theservices.
Develop and maintain a salespipeline to ensure the achievement ofrevenue
targets.
Workclosely with internal teams including marketing product andoperations to
develop customized solutions tomeet clients needs.
Prepare and deliverpresentations and proposals to potentialclients.
Provide regular reporting on salesperformance and lead generation efforts.
Represent the company at industry events webinars and conferencesto generate
leads and increase brandawareness.

Qualifications& Skills
Bachelorsdegree or equivalent experience
Must Have0305 Years of Experience in OutsourcingIndustry(KPO/BPO/RPO/IT)
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and leading the marketingdepartment
Knowledge of sales and marketingtechniques and strategies
Proficiency in MSOffice and CRM software
Market knowledgeabout US Business Houses and CPA Firms/ CAfirms
Conducting market research to identifyselling possibilities and evaluatecustomer
needs.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling& networking
Proficiency in use ofwebsites and social mediahandles.
