Roles and Responsibilities: - Technology - Head of Talent Acquisition
Talent Strategy
Develop and deliver a talent acquisition strategy for Tech using innovative and cost effective hiring models and sourcing strategies managing our external partnerships with colleges, job boards, vendors et
- Work with Leadership & HR Head for Tech to prepare, execute and review our annual recruitment budget & KPIs basis business plans and industry benchmark
- Build and continuously update business and market intelligence regarding talent markets, pools, economic and geo-political impact on talent, movements,
best practices and be able to anticipate potential impact +/- on Tech Work with agility to use this intelligence to achieve or de risk achievement of talent hiring target
- Be adept and Senior Tech Leadership hiring and be able to provide high touch personalized experience
Oversee and deliver all employer brand initiatives and recruitment campaigns including hiring events and meetups across all locations to drive candidate engagement and boost the Tech employer bra
Build diverse candidate pools, and create initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent and ensure strategies or initiates are designed and executed to meet DEI KP
Develop & analyze our recruitment metrics, and use knowledge, market insights, numbers and analysis to continually benchmark, refine & improve the talent acquisition process, KPIs and/or candidate experience
Work towards turning candidates & employees into brand ambassadors by creating programs and activities to boost our digital visibility & footprint
Hiring Process & Candidate Experience
- Owning all hiring processes - setting high standards for speed and quality,
including managing the ATS and recruitment technology tools being used with Tech
- Ensure that every candidate has a WOW experience from start to finish. Design and executive a framework to measure candidate experience and work towards improvisation of the same
- Ensure the hiring process is delivered at the highest of standards at all times and in compliance to organization compliance and process standards
- Continuously review TECH hiring process to drive improvements, efficiencies and change especially through the use of ATS tool and other automation as required
- Work with the Onboarding team, Learning team and other non HR teams to deliver a seamless onboarding process for all joiners
- Part of the TA COE work with TA head and larger TA team to continuously assess and improvise on the recruitment process from requisition going live through to onboarding in line with evolving internal needs, candidate experience and market best practices to deliver a cost effective TA function
Team management
- Be our internal expert in Tech talent acquisition, and also the face of the business on hiring matters in Technology
- Coach, train and mentor the Tech hiring team in recruiting techniques - profiles building, candidate pipeline building, talent sourcing, interviewing and assessment
- Set clear directions, goals and KPIs and ensure regular monitoring of performance for the team. Providing feedback and supporting in improvisation.
Ensure required training and coaching is provided to enable to team to progress
- Continuously review the recruitment engine capacity and be able to quickly adapt the structure and capacity to volatile Tech talent markets
- Groom internal successors and backups to manage attrition within the team
- Ensure required communication and information wrt business and HR is cascaded to the team in a timely matter
- Work on wider HR projects and other tasks as needed
- Represent within India HR community at various conferences and events
Candidate Requirements
Seasoned talent acquisition leader with 15 – 18 years of experience, should have minimum 10 – 12 years of hiring experience within Technology domain with organizations hiring high end technology engineering talent across Product,
Fintechs and /or Top Tier MNC ban
ks.Good network, insights and understanding of Technology talent market esp. in Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon and Hyderabad
Hands on experience with various Recruitment and sourcing models, ATS and recruitment process workflows. Should demonstrate commercial acumen in designing recruitment process and sourcing strategies
Ability to engage, constructively challenge and be a trusted recruitment advisor to Business
Understanding of various Compensation structures, components and ability to design and market as an employer of choice using both Offline and Digital media
Experience in driving change management and candidate experience journeys and working collaborate with the wider HR community
