Job Title: SSO Integration Specialist with Additional Security and Identity Management Expertise
Location: Remote (Full-Time)

One Smarter Inc is expanding and looking for a versatile SSO Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our company focuses on delivering advanced solutions in cybersecurity, identity management, and secure access systems. We’re seeking an expert who not only excels in Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation but also brings a broader range of relevant technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of Single Sign-On (SSO) across various platforms, ensuring secure and seamless user access.
- Integrate SSO with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems,
using protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect .
- Ensure authentication processes are aligned with security best practices, compliance standards , and company requirements.
- Work on security protocols and solutions, including encryption, access control, and multifactor authentication (MFA) .
- Collaborate with IT, development teams, and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve SSO issues and improve system performance.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of SSO configurations, security policies, and technical procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support in the implementation and maintenance of IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Auth0).
- Assist in data security and compliance efforts (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Provide support for API integrations and user access management, ensuring secure interactions between applications and services.
- Troubleshoot network security and application vulnerabilities in collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SSO implementation and management .
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and their integration with identity management solutions.
- Experience with IAM platforms like Okta, Azure AD , or Auth0 .
- Familiarity with encryption methods , security policies , and access control mechanisms.
- Knowledge of API security and integration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Expertise in API management and cloud security (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with multifactor authentication (MFA) and passwordless authentication solutions .
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
