1. Requirements:
- Overall 12+ years of experience, of which at last 3 years as project manager and at least 5 years in Insurance domain
- Must have delivered development and support engagements in Insurance domain ( P&C; and health ).
- Understanding of P&C; Insurance domain flows in detail
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience
- Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders
- Understanding of ITIL and application support process. Good in project estimation
- Proven skill to track project deliverables, identify and manage project risks proactively

Core responsibilities
- Hands on working experience delivering successful projects using Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies for development initiatives and execute RUN engagements based on ITIL framework
- Ability to apprehend issues in applications through better problem management
- Assist the Program manager in all project related matters including project design, planning, and delivery.
- Manage, monitor and track projects in order to ensure the project is OTOBOS at all times
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Tracking project plan(s) and maintain necessary artifacts
- Highlight risks & issues proactively & work towards mitigating risks & close issues
- Define clearly the roles & responsibilities of the project team members to ensure no ambiguity in their expectations.
