As a Quality Intern, he will play a crucial role in our team managing the Customer and Warranty Complaints related to product. He will work closely with across the CFT (Operation/Quality, Filed Service, CS & R&D;) teams to ensure smooth operation and give Quick actions related to customer end failure parts to maintain the track on each issue and resolve with in shorter lead time.
Responsibilities
- Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer and Field service team.
- Develop the analysis methods (Technical Know-how) for each claim wise to avoid excess lead time.
- Address all warranty related stocks and approval process,
avoid the wrong claims punch by the field teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and follow up the actions on daily related to design / process / product failures.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical / Electronics (or)
- Graduate with BE (Mechanical /Electrical / Electronics).
- Good communication in English and interpersonal skills is mandatory.
