Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, exceptional communication skills,
and a keen eye for talent. This role is critical to our growth strategy and will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best candidates for our technical positions.
Job Responsibilities:
● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various IT roles.
● Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and references.
● Conduct thorough screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
● Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends, recruitment best practices, and candidate selection.
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
● Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks,
and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights into recruitment.
● Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, transparent communication, and a smooth interview process.
● Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure hiring process effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
● MBA (HR) or a related field.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
● Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Ability to effectively assess technical skills and competencies.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
● Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive recruitment processes independently.
● Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
