> We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Python Developer to join our team and help us develop cutting-edge machine learning models, algorithms, and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and machine learning frameworks, and a passion for solving real-world problems with AI. This role will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize ML models for production.

> Key Responsibilities:

> - Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models in Python to solve complex business problems.
> - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to deploy models into production environments.
> - Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and ensure model quality.
> - Optimize and fine-tune models to improve performance metrics such as accuracy, recall, and precision.
> - Use deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch to build complex neural networks for tasks such as image recognition, NLP, or recommendation systems.
> - Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI/ML and proactively suggest improvements or new approaches to current processes.
> - Implement and monitor A/B testing and model performance metrics.
> - Document processes, code, and experiments for reproducibility and collaboration.

> Key Requirements:
>
> - Proficiency in Python : Strong programming skills in Python,
with experience in using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.
> - Machine Learning Expertise : Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and experience implementing algorithms such as decision trees, regression, SVMs, clustering, neural networks, etc.
> - Deep Learning Frameworks : Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
> - Data Handling : Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation techniques.
> - API Development : Experience in deploying models as APIs using tools like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
> - Cloud Platforms : Knowledge of deploying ML models in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (e.g., SageMaker, BigQuery).
> - Version Control : Experience using Git or other version control systems for collaborative development.

> Preferred Qualifications:

> - Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
> - Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) libraries such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Transformers.

> - Participation in AI/ML competitions like Kaggle.
> - Previous experience deploying AI models in a production environment.
