Looking for Change Manager : Remote : Long Term ContractExperience - 7 + YearsContract : 6 MonthsLocation: 100% RemoteJob Summary: The Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the change management process within State Street. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
The Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to achieve the desired business outcomes. This is a six-month contract position. Key Responsibilities: Change Management Strategy:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns and ensure their buy-in and support for change initiatives. Communication: Develop and deliver effective communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the change initiatives and their benefits. Training and Support: Identify training needs and develop training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the changes.
Monitor and Evaluate: Monitor the progress of change initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness. Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise. ServiceNow Management: Oversee the change management process through ServiceNow, ensuring efficient and effective handling of change requests.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve the change management process and ensure that best practices are implemented.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field, with specific experience in the banking, financial, or insurance industries.
Skills:Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using ServiceNow for change management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP). Experience in a technology or consulting environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
