> Key Responsibilities :

> •Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies for increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.

> •Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure,
including forecasting and reporting.

> •Manage and analyze contract management, Purchase Order, SOW repository and tracker
>
> •Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
>
> •Create ad-hoc reports as requested by sales leadership, incorporating relevant data to support decision-making.
>
> •Provide regular reports on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
>
> •Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.
>
> •Support end-to-end collections including invoice query resolutions, payment adjustments.
>
> Job Requirements :
>
> •Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
>
> •Proficient in MS Office and SFDC (Salesforce).
>
> •Strong knowledge of deal desk, order management, order processing, contract management, Billing supporting’s and sales operations.
>
> •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
>
> •Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
>
> •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across team
