> Key Responsibilities:

> - Utilize in-depth ServiceNow platform knowledge to develop and customize applications, modules, forms, and workflows.
> - Proficiency in scripting languages, including JavaScript and Jelly scripting, to enhance and automate processes.
> - Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and MID Servers.
> - Develop and implement custom applications and workflows in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD,
and CSM applications.
> - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
> - Provide expert-level support and guidance as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM applications.
> - Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions.
> - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
> - Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of their work.

> - In-depth ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

> - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead projects and collaborate with teams.

> - SME in HRSD & CSM: Subject Matter Expert in HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and CSM (Customer Service Management) applications.
