About Our Company:Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. based in Ahmedabad, provides services to US based Architecture, Engineering and Construction group of companies:Russell and Dawson – An Architecture/Engineering/Construction firm ( – BIM Modeling Services Firm ( – Procurement as a Service Provider ( AORBIS business, we are looking for an experienced SW Product Owner/Manager to lead vision of our internal web application capturing Procurement Business Workflow and developed using PHP/MySQL/CI + AI/ML.

> Key Responsibilities:1) Product Strategy and Roadmap:Defining and executing a vision for a productAligning software development team and internal stakeholders around the vision for the product.Create and manage the product roadmap - short-term deliverables and long-term innovation.Integrating AI/ML into the application/productStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies2) Requirements Gathering and Prioritization:Collaborate with business users to gather & understand requirements, translate into actionable user stories.Own prioritizing product features and capabilities - based on business value and technical feasibilityOwns team backlog and fullfilment workInvolved in day-to-day activities4) Product Delivery:Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle,
from ideation to delivery.Defining and analyzing product metrics and analyticsMonitor project timelines, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure on-time delivery.5) Quality Assurance:Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement.
