> Join the IndiaMART's product management team as a PM/SPM/AVP in a dynamic and impactful role. You will be responsible for the end-customer experience of bots launched by our enterprise customers. You will work with the Engineering team to build bots and a team of Data Analysts to benchmark the accuracy of the bot. In addition, you will interface with the Architecting team and the Customer Success team to communicate success metrics and KPIs to the customer.

> Job Responsibilities:

> - Lead the product strategy and vision for our Conversational AI solutions (chatbot),
ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
>
> - Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities in the Conversational AI space.
>
> - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business development to define product requirements and specifications and ensure successful implementation of new features and functionalities.
>
> - Drive the product roadmap, making data-driven decisions and prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.
>
> - Monitor product performance, conduct user testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience and optimize product performance.
>
> - Interface with the Customer Success team to communicate bot metrics to the customer.
>
> - Regular progress of Chatbots cross-functionally within the company.
>
> Desired Skill:
>
> - Proven experience as a Product Manager in the AI or Conversational AI industry.
>
> - Strong knowledge of Conversational AI technologies, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML).
>
> - Familiarity with chatbot platforms, frameworks, and tools.
>
> - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
>
> - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
>
> - Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
>
> - A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of customer needs.
>
> Experience Range: 5 - 8 years
>
> Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E, and MBA/PGDM
>
> Educational Criteria:
>
> - 80% and above in classes 10th & 12th
>
> - 60% and above in B.Tech and MBA
>
