> You will be responsible for :

> 1. Quality Management System:
>
> - Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for construction projects.
> - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.

> 2. Inspections and Testing:
>
> - Perform on-site inspections to verify construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
> - Coordinate and oversee material testing and quality control processes.
> - Document and report non-conformities and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.

> 3. Collaboration:
>
> - Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues and ensure adherence to project timelines.
> - Facilitate communication between different project stakeholders to resolve quality concerns and maintain a collaborative working environment.

> 4. Documentation and Reporting:
>
> - Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality-related activities.
> - Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management, clients, and regulatory authorities.

> 5. Continuous Improvement:

> - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall project quality.
> - Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of quality standards.

> - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
> - 3 to 4 years of Quality Assurance experience in execution of roads and bridges
> - Strong organizational,
analytical, communication skills and design skills
