**Job Title:** Back Office Executive

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team at Samarth Jewellery Limited.





The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, billing, purchasing, and tag entry, ensuring the smooth operation of our back-office functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- - Manage billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- - Handle purchase orders and maintain records of all transactions.
- - Conduct tag entry for products, ensuring proper tracking and organization.
- - Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- - Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Qualifications:**

- - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
- - Proven experience in back office or administrative roles.
- - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
