Location : Ideally 5 days a week on-site in Mumbai, minimum 2/3 days a week. Project : Multinational programme covering D365 Finance, Project Operations and CE, expected 12-18 months left. Nice to haves : Prior experience in a workstream specific role focussing on either P2P, R2R or O2C. Job Description :Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, conduct FitGap analysis, and facilitate workshops.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 functionalities to align with business processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of the solution.
- Manage user security, define user roles, and implement access controls.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and training materials to empower business users.
- Mentor project team members, SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), and other stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- 4-6 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 concepts, functionalities, and configuration best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze business needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
- Experience with creating and executing test plans and test scripts.
- In-depth knowledge of security principles and user access controls within Dynamics 365.
- Ability to develop and deliver training materials for end-user adoption.
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members is a plus.
Nice to Haves :
- Prior experience in a workstream-specific role focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), or
Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within Dynamics 365.
- Experience with specific Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement) relevant to your area of expertise.
