Mechanical Test Engineer - R&D;

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and development of test facilities used in product validation
- Develop Data Acquisition and data analysis tools
- Design, development, and documentation of electrical & electronic control panel
- Maintain test rigs and the test facilities including environmental test chambers, vibration shakers etc
- Build time and cost plan for new test facility development and need to complete commissioning reports for new facilities.
- Knowledgeable in MSA methods for proving test rigs for R&R.;
- Documentation for the calibration of instruments as per IATF standards
- Handle external suppliers for the smooth operation of testing laboratory
- Instruct supporting personnel (e.g. Mechanics)
- Programming of PLC, HMI, LabVIEW deployed in test rigs
EXPERIENCE:
- Overall experience in test facilities maintenance: 5 years minimum.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PLC/LabVIEW programming
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance of test rigs
