Job Title: Senior Executive - Human Resources
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Senior Executive- HR Business Partner
Position Summary
The Senior Executive - HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
What You Will Do
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.
- Business Partner:
- Sharing monthly HR dashboard with business owner.
- Conducting Employee touch base meeting to understand employee pulse.
- Contribute in execution of HR strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Point of contact for employees concern, feedback & grievances.
- Learning & Development:
- Schedule & Coordinate training sessions.
- Ensuring 100 PERCENT completion of Compliance training.
- Evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Preparing monthly training reports.
- Employee Engagement Activities: Organizing employee engagement activities and wellness session monthly.
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Education: MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
