Area Sales Manager – Supply Chain Finance

Department Supply Chain Finance
Location Noida
Reporting Relationship Will have team reporting to him.
Position Grade M5/M6

Job Role

- To drive business team at Area level.
- Driving complete business development for the assigned catchment/ territories through formulation of best suited strategies for Vendor Discounting business and development of various sourcing channel.
- Sourcing Business through Vendor discounting & new corporate tie-ups, implementing strategies to enhance market penetration and business volumes through bank branches & WC RMs.
- Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle – tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice,





negotiating commercially and ensuring timely disbursement of loan documents to the customer.
- Driving Cross-sell Business on existing SCF customers by way of referral, Top ups, WC and other asset & liability products.
- Grooming and mentoring team members so that they achieve their desired performance levels
- Managing RL branch network/WC RMs sourcing and customer satisfaction.
- Track customer complaints/queries & help in resolution.
- Improve TAT & streamline processes to provide effective customer service.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned client relationships & help business teams for cross sell opportunities.
- Acquiring new corporate relationship for vendor/dealer finance
- Manage and track the leads and maintain DSR on regular basis.
- Giving the most ideal advice to a client depending on his short or long term financial goal.
- Recommendation of cases to approving authorities and take them up to the logical conclusion and disbursement.






- Providing trainings to RMs / RL teams for the programs and business development methods.
- Aligning documentations as per the approved programs and sharing the same with RCAD team and RMs for execution.
- Visiting branches / locations for client meetings, internal discussions and sourcing channel development.
- Drafting of CRAN for in-principle approval of the program structure

Job Requirement

- Preferably MBA/ CA
- Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience. Some background in Credit & Sales Knowledge is required - ability to get the customer to buy into the asset proposition- loan amount, rate & fees.
- Strong oral and written Communication
- Relationship Management Skill
- Good influencing skills






- Job Knowledge of Vendor Discounting/ WC. Good understanding of trade products like bill discounting , factoring, pre and post shipment finance etc.
