**Introduction**
In this role, youll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing, and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge,
and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients business environment and achieve business results.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Overall experience 3-6 Yrs.
- Very Strong Workday functional experience in Core HCM & Core comp.
- 4 years of overall experience.
- Experience of minimum 2 end to end SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Service Implementation.
- Minimum 2 end to end Workday implementation experience in Core HCM end to end implementation
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience with 3rd party integration providers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations.
- Experiencing developing functional business integration requirements.
- Hands-on experience configuring in Workday HCM, business process framework, reporting, security.
