Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for sales roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales positions.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new sales hires.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Monitor sales team performance against targets and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through effective recruitment and talent management.
Candidates must meet :
- Education requirements :
Any graduate is desirable.
- Minimum experience : one year or more.
- CTC : up to 4.0 LPA
- Age range : 21 to 37.
