Job Title: Content Migration Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Duration : 3 Months (Contract)
Experience: 4-10 Years
Location – Hyderabad (On-Site)
Skills: KM Module in ServiceNow,Content Management
Please find the JD for the position of Content Migration Specialist:
Roles and Responsibility:
*Create Knowledge articles and maintain Knowledge base by partnering with business SMEs
*Develop intake file in excel to load the data in article fields
*Review the excel data to load the file correctly in ServiceNow KM
*Update content in ServiceNow by converting them using the Epiplex Utility and using Bulk Load utility
*Review the Knowledge articles and make cosmetic changes
*Ensure quality, contact the writer/sme if gaps are identified to resolve them and finally hand it over to the Knowledge Management team
*Correct creation elements, Correct and complete template used, Links available, Images and tables in correct size
*Consistency between Process map and steps description
*Review the Knowledge Articles in terms of quality
*Content writing with some business analyst skill which will help connect with Business Stakeholders
Technical Skills:
*Knowledge Management understanding
*Understanding of Content Management and knowing how to create Content/Knowledge Articles
*Knowledge of ServiceNow, specially KM Module in ServiceNow
*Understanding of Article Creation, Process Map and Desktop Procedures
*Knowledge of HTML is a plus
*MS Excel
Soft Skills:
*Good written and verbal communication skills with good attitude towards work
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
*Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
