DutiesandResponsibilities :
- Maximizingoverall coding performance. Creating Coding Panels in codingSoftware Identifies & resolves the more complex issuesaround pending transactions
- Directsthe accurate & timely processing of claims to meet orexceed client service levelagreements
- Review quality audit ofaccounts / Claims
- Works with the teamto complete assignments using established guidelines policies andprocedures.
- Daily Denials should beworked & A timeline to achievetargets.
- Able to review NCD / LCD policies percounty sequencing for Medical Necessity to get higherreimbursement.
- Delegatingtasks per Client.
- Coordinate withLAB Team Leaders regarding the billingclarifications.
- Willingness to workon flexible shifts mostly ESTtimings.
ShiftTimings will be from 5 : 30PM to 2 : 30AMIST
Qualifications
- Certificationis mandatory From AAPC / AHIMA
- 34yrs of work experience in coding Pathology and laboratoryprocedures.
- Must possess theknowledge in coding Organ or Disease Oriented Panels TherapeuticDrug Assays Drug Assay Procedures Evocative / Suppression TestingProcedures.
- Exposure to ModifiersCPT ICD10 and HCPCS coding with LAB feeschedule.
- Ability to multitaskprioritize & manage timeefficiently.
- Excellent verbal& written communicationskills.
