Position : Sales Manager Loan Against Property (LAP)CTC : Upto ₹12 LPALocation : BengaluruKey Responsibilities : Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
Build and manage relationships with DSAs, ensuring business growth and target achievement.Onboard new DSAs and expand the business network.
Ensure the end-to-end loan process from lead generation to disbursement.Maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Key Requirements : 4+ years of experience in Mortgage Loans or Loan Against Property (LAP).Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience managing DSA networks and strong relationship management skills.Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field.
