Incommon is hiring on behalf of a New York based fast-growing healthcare technology company dedicated to automating tedious administrative activities done by clinical staff in hospitals using AI. We are looking for an enthusiastic Full-cycle AE- to join our early team to drive strong pipeline creation to scale the impact. They have just raised $2.8mn in seed round from renowned global investors to grow the company to the next stage.
Position Summary
We are searching for a Head of AI with leadership flair . The right individual is a healthcare enthusiast, keen on using AI to tackle significant challenges in the industry. They will be leading the AI efforts and will work closely with the co-founders. Will be responsible for building out the core components of the product, growing and building out the engineering team and taking the product to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhancing existing systems and building new ones from scratch by yourself and/or by leading other engineers
Creating new APIs (along with proper documentations) from scratch.
Cultivating a culture of engineering excellence.
Recruitment of top-tier talent.
Identifying optimum third-party tools and services for build-outs, serving as a tech spokesperson during talks with partners.
Leading and stimulating a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements :
5+ years experience in AI & ML.
A history of building high-quality, well-tested products.
Devops experience and expertise
BS/MS/PhD in CS or a related field.
2+ years experience working on comprehensive full-stack solutions.
Experience leading engineering teams is a big plus
