Job Title: Team Lead – AR (Revenue cycle)

Open Positions: 4

Location: Cochin & Coimbatore (Work from Office Only)

Experience: 5+ years in RCM, 2+ years in managing people & processes

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 30+ AR associates, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Allocate daily work volumes effectively to meet client SLAs and turnaround times.
- Support production efforts for client-specific processes and projects.
- Plan and resolve issues related to work volumes, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to uphold high standards of service.
- Set clear goals for the team, delegate tasks efficiently, and monitor execution.
- Oversee daily team performance, track metrics,





and ensure continuous improvement.
- Motivate team members, identify training needs, and provide targeted coaching.
- Collaborate closely with quality auditors to provide feedback and improve quality scores.
- Handle and resolve client escalations effectively, maintaining client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate expertise in End-to-End RCM processes with a focus on AR operations, particularly denial management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Current designation should be Team Leader/Team Coach/Process Coach (Immediate joiners preferred).
- Strong knowledge of AR processes, denial management, and payer guidelines.
- Proven ability to handle AR operations and improve key performance metrics.






- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage teams and client relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in AR software and tools, with solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with insurance billing, coding (CPT/ICD-10), and payer contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data analysis.
- Adaptability to evolving client needs and industry standards.
