JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in QA Automation with Selenium, java, and Cucumber to join our dynamic software development team.
KEY DELIVERABLES & SKILLS
▪ Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. This includes unit testing, integration testing, API testing, and end-to-end testing.
▪Test Strategy: Collaborate with the development and product teams to create comprehensive test strategies and test plans that align with business requirements and technical specifications.
Test Automation Framework: Enhance and maintain the existing test automation frameworks, libraries, and utilities,
ensuring scalability, reusability, and maintainability.
Defect Reporting and Tracking: Identify, analyze, and report software defects using bug tracking systems. Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Continuous Integration and Delivery: Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to achieve rapid and reliable software releases.
▪Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing and contribute to performance improvement efforts for Spring Boot applications to ensure they meet the required performance benchmarks.
▪Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices, contributing to the overall improvement of the development process.
▪Test Data Management: Create and manage test data to support various test scenarios, ensuring data privacy and security.
▪Documentation: Document test cases, test results,
and testing processes to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer within the team.
▪Quality Assurance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality assurance, identifying areas for process improvement and driving initiatives to enhance the overall software quality.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
▪Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation, with 2+ years of expereince.
▪Automation Tools: Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, Selenium/ Selenium Webdriver io, Cucumber, or similar tools.
▪Strong in Core Java Concepts and have used it for automation with Selenium and Cucumber
