We are in search of a Salesforce Senior Architect with a remarkable 15 years of expertise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, extensive experience in implementation and integration, and a proven track record in leading technical teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership:
Design and develop robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Define and maintain architectural standards and best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Develop long-term strategies for Salesforce platform enhancements.
- Implementation and Integration:
Oversee the implementation and customization of Salesforce applications.
Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor technical teams.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance:
Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews and best practices.
Monitor system performance and make necessary optimizations.
Required Skills:
- Experience:
15 years in IT with a focus on Salesforce architecture and implementation.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration capabilities.
- Certifications:
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect).
- Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management:
Experience managing large-scale Salesforce projects.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare,
or retail.
