Role: Lead Generation Executive (India)Experience: 2+ yearsLocation: Bangalore, IndiaSkills: Outbound calls, Lead Generation, Cold CallingKey Responsibilities:Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients/customers daily. Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling. Client Engagement: Present and pitch software (embedded / application / digital) services to prospective clients effectively.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and update the systems regularly. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads,
and sales conversions.
Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to the sales team regarding client needs and market trends. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing. Experience: 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Skills:Strong verbal communication skills in English. Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude. Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
Experience in MS Office software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
