Job Title: Ping Architect

Role Overview:
A Ping Architect is a professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Ping Identity products.
Ping Identity is a company that specializes in providing IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), multi-factor authentication, and identity federation.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design IAM solutions using Ping Identity products.
Implementation: Lead the implementation of Ping Identity solutions, ensuring they align with security and compliance standards.
Integration:
Integrate Ping Identity products with other systems and applications within the organization's technology stack.
Identity Federation: Implement and manage identity federation solutions to enable seamless and secure access across multiple systems and applications.
Authentication and Authorization: Design and implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms, including multi-factor authentication, to ensure secure access control.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Ping Identity solutions, ensuring continuous availability and performance.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for Ping Identity configurations, processes, and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, security teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and operation of Ping Identity solutions.
Training and Support: Provide training to internal teams and support staff on Ping Identity products and related IAM concepts.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong expertise in identity and access management concepts and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of Ping Identity products, such as PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
