Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and roadmap for Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and enforce technical standards, including coding, integration, and data management best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and functionalities to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Conduct technical reviews,
including code reviews, and ensure adherence to established architecture standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to ensure system reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the system architecture, including technical designs and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
- Salesforce Architect certification is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and data migration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, and Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines in a Salesforce environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment.
