We are seeking a skilled Copado Release Engineer with 7+ years of experience to manage and streamline our Salesforce release processes. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Salesforce and Copado, ensuring efficient and reliable code and configuration change deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Release Management:
Manage Salesforce release cycles using Copado.
Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams for seamless deployments.
- Automation:
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Automate deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
Monitor release activities and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure high availability and performance of release processes.
- Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to align release activities with business objectives.
Provide training and support for Copado usage.
Required Skills:
- Experience:
5 years in Salesforce release management or related roles.
Extensive experience with Copado.
- Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and metadata.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and best practices.
- Problem-Solving:
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage complex release environments.
- Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications
