About the Role :
Cbetter is seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads expert to join our remote team. You will be working on multiple client campaigns, analyzing data, optimizing ad performance, and delivering measurable results. This is a part-time role with a commitment of 16 to 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple Google Ads accounts across a range of industries, driving measurable growth and ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct Google Ads audits to assess current campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement,
and implement changes.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure key performance indicators and assess ROI.
- Perform keyword research and media planning to create targeted campaigns that reach the right audiences.
- Implement and optimize all types of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.).
- Create and manage custom segments for audiences, leveraging the Google Ads Audience Manager for precise targeting.
- Study and analyze data using Google Analytics and Google Ads metrics, making informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Utilize Google Ads Editor for bulk editing and efficient campaign management.
- Adjust bidding strategies based on campaign goals, using both automated and manual bidding techniques.
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for advanced tracking and analytics integration.
- Set up and create detailed reports via Looker Studio , presenting campaign performance and actionable insights.
- Preferred awareness and usage of Google Ads scripts to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven results.
- Strong knowledge of key Google Ads metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, etc.) and how to optimize campaigns for each.
- Experience in Google Ads audits and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Expertise in conversion tracking setup , ensuring accurate measurement of campaign performance.
- Proficiency in keyword research , media planning, and audience segmentation.
- In-depth understanding of all Google Ads types (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.).
- Familiarity with audience management , creating custom segments, and using data to make targeted campaign decisions.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Experience with Google Ads Editor for bulk operations.
- Familiarity with Google Ads scripts is a plus.
- Knowledge of GTM (Google Tag Manager) setup for tracking conversions and other analytics.
- Ability to create reports using Looker Studio or similar tools for presenting campaign performance and recommendations.
- Must be detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to make decisions based on analytics.
