About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense, extensive experience with design tools, and a passion for creating visually compelling designs. This role requires expertise in both static and dynamic content creation, including reels, videos, and AI-driven tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually engaging designs for digital and print media,
including social media, advertisements, websites, and email campaigns.
- Create high-quality and engaging video content, including reels, promotional videos, and other marketing materials.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance designs and automate design processes.
- Utilize design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva to develop creative concepts and deliver final projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics and maintain high-quality standards in all design outputs.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies,
and new AI tools to incorporate into creative workflows.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
- Mentor and guide junior designers in developing their skills and understanding of brand aesthetics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 6+ Years of Graphics design experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in both graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), Canva, and video editing tools.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E)
to create advanced visual effects and automate design tasks.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Content Writing.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling or animation software.
- Understanding social media platforms and content creation trends, particularly in short-form video (reels, TikTok, etc.).
