- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Experience in designing websites for tech SaaS and B2B startups.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clean, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
