The Opportunity:
Seeking a visionary Technical Product Manager to join the founding team in India and lead the development of a groundbreaking B2B SaaS product from scratch. This is your chance to shape the future of cybersecurity and make a lasting impact on a global scale.
Your Mission
As a Technical Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind an AI-enabled security platform.
You'll work at the intersection of data privacy, cybersecurity, and cutting-edge AI technology to deliver a product that solves the last mile of security with humans in the loop.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and iterative improvements.
- Transform a basic MVP into a robust, scalable, and production-ready product.
- Leverage deep knowledge of cybersecurity, particularly in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), SaaS Security Posture management domains.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows.
- Develop products suited for SaaS B2B models, with an emphasis on cloud technologies and subscription-based services.
- Enhance user onboarding experiences and streamline daily use for enterprise clients.
What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of product management experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of taking products from MVP to full-scale production.
- Experience with DLP solutions, SOAR, SSPM products is highly desirable.
- Background in UX/UI design with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience in SaaS B2B product development and cloud-based technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into user-friendly product features.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficient in agile methodologies and familiar with tools for effective product planning.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and apply insights strategically.
