About the Role

We're looking for a driven and insightful Product Manager to join our fully remote team in India. As a Product Manager,





you'll be an integral part of shaping the future of Wizdom. You'll work closely with our experienced product team to define product features, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver a seamless user experience.

What You'll Do:

- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Analyze user data and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Work with the engineering team to ensure successful implementation of new features.
- Contribute to user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze) to drive user engagement and conversions.






- Develop and implement in-app notification strategies to enhance user experience and promote feature adoption.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with users.

What You'll Bring:

- 1+ years of experience in user research , including conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of the B2C market , particularly in the mobile app space, with knowledge of current trends and competitive landscape.
- Prior experience in a product management role at an app-based company.
- Proven track record of driving user growth: Examples of successfully increasing user retention through targeted initiatives.
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to optimize user acquisition channels.






- Strong understanding of user activation tactics and best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze) to drive user engagement and conversions.
- Knowledge of in-app notification best practices and strategies to enhance user experience and promote feature adoption.
- Familiarity with email marketing principles and campaign management to effectively communicate with users.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
