Position Summary:
As Mortgage Underwriter you will be verifying loan applications and reviewing all 4 C’s, evaluating risks, and making loan eligibility decisions.
Qualifications Education: Bachelors in any stream.
Experience: 1 + year of mandatory experience in US Mortgage.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Experienced mortgage professional with 1+ year with US mortgage underwriting.
- Has a complete understanding of Conventional, FHA and VA underwriting guidelines.
- Has working knowledge of real estate lending criteria and federal, state, and agency compliance.
- Strong organization and verbal and written communications skills.
