We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use.
The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.
Role: Area Sales Manager - South
Build & Lead the offline business for Nat Habit
Responsibilities
- Handling and appointing Channel Partners (C&F; / Distributors) of his territory
- Achieving primary and secondary targets set by the company
- Ensuring opening new outlets through team and ensure retention rate
- Monitor and ensure proper opportunity of Wholesale and Retail market both
- Monitor and ensure the right stock holding at DB and outlet level
- Monitoring and reporting daily activities of the sales staff
- Monitoring competitor activities and reporting to seniors
- Ensure smooth payment from channel partners ( DB / Retail outlets)
- Ensure smooth working in assigned territory
- Ensure activation of Below the Line (BTL) activities in his territory
- Ensure the team is working in a disciplined and ethical manner
- Execution of schemes in his territory
- Maintain the growth rate of his territory as per company standards
- Training to the junior sales staff
Qualification
· MBA with experience of 1-8+years
· Self-starter and entrepreneurial with a Strong Hands-on experience of opening new / managing existing DB / Outlet and leading large teams
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong leadership skill
· Thorough and organized
· Start-up enthusiast
