Role Overview:
As an Oracle HCM Cloud Subject Matter Expert at Hexaware Technologies, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through the complete lifecycle of cloud application services for HR Cloud projects. Your deep expertise in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud will be instrumental in mapping business requirements,
configuring solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Job Description:
- Act the subject matter expert leading clients through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for HR Cloud projects.
- Solicit and map business requirements to the Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud functionality. Identify gaps and advise HR stakeholders on options, risks, and value propositions.
- Lead the configuration and design and of Oracle HCM Cloud according to the business requirements
- Prepare documentation and present to key business stakeholders to solicit feedback and buy-in
- Lead requirements, and in particular Reporting and Integration, design, and development through to production
- Obtain and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of the latest product offerings and the benefits it can bring to the current landscape
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and the HR community, including managing communications between business stakeholders and tech teams.
