Job Description:
As a Product Designer (FRESHER) ,
you will assist in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our mobile and web applications. You will work alongside experienced designers and cross-functional teams, learning about user-centered design processes and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced travel tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for mobile and web platforms.
Support user research efforts to understand traveler needs and behaviors.
Help develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Collaborate with senior designers to create high-fidelity mockups and visual designs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for improving user experiences.
Learn to conduct basic usability testing and gather user feedback.
Assist in preparing design presentations for stakeholders.
Stay updated on latest design trends, tools, and techniques in the travel tech industry.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction,
or related field.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Additional Tools: Familiarity with Framer and Web flow.
Visual Design: Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Passion for Travel: Genuine interest in the travel industry and enthusiasm for creating digital products that enhance travel experiences.
Nice-to-Have:
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing personal or academic projects related to UI/UX design.
Prototyping: Basic experience with creating interactive prototypes.
Coding: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Mobile Design: Understanding of mobile design principles and patterns.
Illustration:
Basic digital illustration skills.
