Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to serve as a Technical Screener for new candidates for one of our US clients. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in integration testing, API testing, and systems used in the bulk materials construction industry. This role requires expertise in testing SaaS platforms like BCMI's Material Pro, Material Now, and Dispatch systems, as well as integration with third-party systems including Command Alkon, SAP ERP, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will evaluate potential QA candidates based on their knowledge of testing complex software integrations and troubleshooting in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth technical screenings for Senior QA candidates, assessing knowledge and experience in integration testing for SaaS platforms, specifically related to bulk materials construction and dispatch systems.Evaluate candidates on their experience with manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, Postman) and API testing, ensuring the smooth flow of real-time data between multiple platforms.Assess candidates' expertise in integrating systems like Command Alkon, SAP ERP, Sage, Twilio, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other critical tools.Review technical abilities in performing data flow validation between CRM, dispatch, and analytics systems, with a focus on troubleshooting complex integration issues.Test and validate candidates' ability to assess AI-driven features like voice-to-text and predictive analytics for real-time dispatch and material management systems.Ensure that candidates understand industry-specific testing needs,
including compliance with standards in the bulk materials construction industry.Collaborate with internal teams to build comprehensive test case scenarios based on real-life integration challenges in bulk material and construction SaaS platforms.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on integration testing for SaaS platforms.Expertise with third-party system integrations, including Command Alkon, SAP ERP, Sage, Twilio, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.Extensive experience in API testing and troubleshooting integration issues in a dynamic environment.Knowledge of manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA,
and Postman.Familiarity with AI-driven features such as voice-to-text and real-time analytics is preferred.Strong understanding of real-time data flow and system reliability testing in the bulk materials construction sector.Excellent communication skills to provide feedback and recommendations for further candidate evaluation.Ability to work independently in a remote parttime role and will be paid based on the interview done.
