To ensure receivables are under control and acceptablenorms.
To ensure effective deployment of staff at retail & keyaccounts doors within costparameters.
Assist sales team in maintaining relationships and negotiating andclosingdeals.
Regular Market visits to understand and resolve store operationalqueries.
Maintain & develop relations with tradeassociates.
Competition analysis to be provided on a regular basis to helpcorporate to make accurate demandforecast.
Train sales staff and monitor front end staffperformances.
Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume andpotential sales for various saleschannels.
To train mentor & guide branch sales staff &frontendstaff.;
Facilitate the internal training programs conducted for thefrontendstaff.
Product training for the branch salesstaff.
