Job Overview: Academic Instructor – Digital Marketing

- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and optimization techniques.
- PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising: Proficiency in running campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Social Media Marketing:





Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and running organic/paid campaigns.
- Content Marketing: Ability to teach content strategy, creation, and optimization across blogs, social media, and websites.
- Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Google Analytics & Data Analysis: Strong understanding of tracking, analyzing, and interpreting website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Affiliate and Influencer Marketing: Experience in handling affiliate programs and working with influencers.
- Video Marketing: Familiarity with video marketing strategies on YouTube and other platforms.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Canva, Hootsuite, and others related to digital marketing.

2. Soft Skills:

- Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts clearly and effectively.
- Teaching Skills: Experience in teaching or training,





with an emphasis on practical, hands-on learning approaches.
- Creativity: Ability to inspire students to think creatively in their digital marketing strategies.
- Adaptability: Keeping up with the ever-changing digital marketing trends and tools.

3. Industry Experience:

- At least 2-3 years of experience working as a digital marketer or running digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Real-world experience with managing marketing budgets, scaling campaigns, and understanding client needs.

4. Certifications:

- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or other digital marketing platforms would be a plus.

5. Portfolio/Case Studies:

- Proven track record of successful campaigns or projects they have handled,





which can be shared with students as real-life examples.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 14 per week
