Job Description :
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand's online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, strategizing social media campaigns, managing online communities, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure effective growth and brand visibility. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that align with the brand's voice
- Schedule and publish posts consistently to drive engagement and growth
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer
- Stay updated on the latest trends and incorporate them into strategies
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to support brand goals
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community
- Track competitor activity and suggest strategies for continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to create compelling content and drive engagement
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Proficiency in social media advertising and performance analysis
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
